Because our products are custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your item, we will be happy to work with you and come up with a solution. 


If an item does not fit to the size requested and it needs to be resized, there will be a small fee to cover supplies, shipping and time. The item can be shipped back and we will readjust the size. This does not apply for rings. Rings are not able to be resized.

Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled if we have not begun the process of making the item. You will receive a full refund for the items you have purchased. If you have already sent your petals and wish for them to be returned, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, we will absolutely replace it (or send additional parts necessary). A picture of the damaged item must be sent within 3 days of receiving the item.

Petals Lost in the Mail

Please be sure to keep your tracking number when sending your petals. Your flowers are too special to get lost in the mail!
